Buttercooky Bakery is a high volume, fast pace, upscale European bakery in Floral Park.

We are seeking Full Time Pastry Chef. (Tuesday-Sunday)

Candidate must have experience with pastries:French/European style pastries, Miniature Pastries, Mousses, Gnaches.

Experience with filling birthday and wedding cakes is a must.

Some finish work, mixing and benchwork will be required.

Candidate should also have good communication skills and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.

Working additional hours are expected, depending on workload and mandatory during holiday season.
