We are in need of an experienced individual to orchestrate a social media/online campaign including Facebook, Pinterest etc in preparation for a February kickstarter launch for an art based retail clothing and accessory brick and mortar storefront. Collaborate with owner to develop a business and marketing plan. We are willing to pay 2000.00 plus bonus up to 10% depending upon success of campaign.

Desired Skills and Experience
? BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience. Degree is less important than experience.
? Analytics certification a plus
? Practical experience in web programming languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS a plus
? Should be proactive, organized, self-starter, fast learner, able to work independently, possess strong follow-through abilities, and a team player.
? Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite desirable.
? Recommend new applications/products that could be used to further enhance our web programs.
? Manage multiple company Social Media accounts
? Increase fan and audience engagement across Social Media outlets
? Strong command of written and verbal English.
? Strong Interpersonal skills
Team player with can-do attitude.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong business and data analysis skills
? Exceptional organization and planning skills are a must!

Ability to manage many projects at once
Work closely and collaboratively with the senior management team to help execute the Company's strategy, vision and operating plan.
Develop and execute a Marketing Strategy and Marketing Plan consistent with Company objectives
- Oversee the Company's marketing programs, activities, and initiatives.
- Working closely with the senior management team to develop and execute new product roll-out.
- Monitor business/development activity using internal volume data in order to make recommendations and optimize the effectiveness of the tactical plan.
Manage additional key initiatives.
- Has developed and executed a Marketing Strategy, Marketing Plan, and Marketing Budget
-Familiarity with retail marketing plan
-Desire to work in a startup environment
Strong new product development experience (due diligence, brand development and positioning, launch management, etc.)

Possibility of leading to full time or part time position.
