Previous experience in a medical office or similar is a plus.

Candidates should be self starters and self motivated, multitasking, be able to learn quickly, and have excellent computer skills. We provide nothing less than 5 Star Customer Service to our patients. Candidates must be able to navigate through any customer service issues in a positive and friendly manner. Candidates will be at the front desk and will be the first person our patients see when they enter the practice. It is very important to be outgoing and organized to perform tasks properly.

Job duties include:
Check in / out of patients
Patient marketing
Scheduling (New and appointment confirmations)
Contact with Insurance companies
Computerized office management software
Miscellaneous tasks such as:
Assisting staff in therapies with patients, filing, light cleaning, errands as needed
