Director of Sales (Harlem)

As Director of Sales, you'll be primarily responsible for ensuring that revenue goals are exceeded by soliciting, developing and closing corporate and social group event business.

Key responsibilities of a Director of Sales include:
? Pursuing new and repeat business
? Establishing a strong networking presence within the business community (firms with 20+
employees)
? Developing and engaging in relationship-driven and long term business relationships
? Creating awareness among targets in business community, communicating tasting offerings,
developing relevant promotional packages (Wine Wednesday's, Burgundy Friday's, etc.. . ..)
? Providing personal attention to clients to ensure total guest satisfaction
? Developing relationships with local sommeliers to staff events
? Assisting in the development of menus and pricing
? Consistently exceeding sales goals
