The Director of Digital Advertising Solutions will be responsible for bringing innovative digital marketing solutions to market. Reporting to VP of Product, this role will be accountable for packaging, prioritization, marketing, pricing, and web tool integration of Networked Insights' emerging digital marketing solutions. Furthermore, this role will help manage relationships with the digital marketing ecosystem, including publishers, API partners, ad networks, data networks, exchanges, and agencies. Digital channels include Social, Display, Search, Email, and Mobile. This individual will work closely with the Digital Analytics Lead to design, deliver, improve, and educate on our Digital Marketing solutions. High levels of collaboration will also be necessary with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, R&D, and Engineering. A proven track record of innovation and execution in the Digital marketplace is required.
Responsibilities:
Drive Digital product solution roadmap and development working closely with Digital Analytics lead, other Product leads, Engineering and Client teamsCollaborate with the Digital Marketing ecosystem to leverage our unique capabilitiesInterface with clients and prospects to identify new products and improvementsDefine functional design requirements that significantly optimize or reinvent Digital advertising and other Digital Marketing processesCollaborate with Sales and Marketing on strategy, pricing, positioning and value propositionsEvangelize the role of NI insights in support of our client Advertiser's objectives and the unique ability to inform and improve activation in Digital channelsRequirements:
Product management experience in a business to business environment (5+ years)Strong Digital advertising experience, including ecosystem relationships (5+ years)Intimate knowledge of advertiser/agency media objectives, processes, and data (5+ years)Information-based product development experience, using digital marketing data (5+ years)Ability to understand and commercially leverage advanced analytic methodsSocial media, mix modeling, and consumer survey information experience a big plusIntuitive ability to recognize, capture and position the value of data and analyticsExcellent analytic and problem solving skillsDesire, ability and passion to become an industry thought leaderVery strong consultative cross-functional leadership and motivatorGood internal communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsProactive and autonomous leader that can recognize and address risk and opportunitiesBABS Business or Marketing oriented degree required, with MBA a plusRewards
