PROSHRED New York is currently seeking a well-spoken, customer-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to develop new business and sales opportunities as part of tight-knit and growing branch located in New York, NY.
Responsibilities
The majority of your time will be spent converting inbound leads via client referrals, website, direct mail and other marketing initiates
A portion of your time will focus on finding and developing new opportunities (scheduling jobs, appointments and call-backs), and upgrading existing customers' service
Regular maintenance of our CRM database will be required to ensure no incomplete or redundant data exists
Attain weekly goals for phone, email, sales and database goals to ultimately directly increase sales and potential sale opportunities
Execute planned sales and marketing initiatives developed by management, reporting back on key performance indicators and results
Complete and total dedication to learning about our service and the business in general and have a positive adherence to our sales process
Qualifications
1-2 years inside sales experience or customer service background preferred
Experience with CRM products such as ACT! is a plus; willingness to learn is required
Winning, positive attitude able to work independently with some supervision
Confident and articulate speaker with the ability to think on your feet
Proficiency with social networking sites, the Internet, Word and Excel
Exceptional customer service and relationship building abilities
