Our rapidly growing, family-owned natural healthcare office, located in West Des Moines, is looking to add a new member to our team! Our multi-disciplinary clinic includes many natural healthcare options, including: acupuncture, nutritional supplementation, chiropractic, and physiotherapy.

This position will include a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: answering phones, welcoming and scheduling patients, verifying insurance benefits, assisting the doctors, and much more. My client, a growing medical office in Des Moines, is looking to add TWO Medical Receptionists to serve as first points of contact on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal Medical Receptionist(s) will enjoy a M-F 30 hour work week with flexible scheduling available between 7:45am and 5pm.

Some of the job duties the Medical Receptionist will perform include but are not limited to:

" Greets patients, follows check-in procedures, answers phones, records messages and routes appropriately.
" Handles incoming faxes and disperses to appropriate persons.
" Verifies insurance eligibility/benefits for patients.
" Collects co-pays and co-insurance from patients.
" Schedules patients and makes reminder calls.

Compensation for this Medical Receptionist role will range betwee competitive benefits package offered through Celebrity Staff.

-At least one year of experience in a health care or medical facility
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 2007 (all potential candidates will be tested so skills can be verified)

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator in our New York office. The Sales & Marketing Coordiantor works with the V.P. of Expedition Sales to support the Lindblad Expeditions sales representatives, consortia's, travel agencies, wholesalers and frontline agents through marketing, communications initiatives, training and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
? Administrative support for V.P. of Expedition Sales and Sales Representatives.
? Support travel agencies with marketing initiatives, customer service needs and familiarization requests.
? Create, update and maintain travel agent website content for Lindblad Expeditions, including American Express, Virtuoso and Signature consortia where applicable.
? Maintain and update travel agency sales database
? Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports for consortia and key accounts.
? Execute and maintain group contracts for travel agents.
? Create and execute bi-weekly communication updates for travel agents
? Prepare written briefs for, and plan/manage all marketing initiatives scheduled for travel agent channels, including American Express, Virtuoso, Signature, wholesalers.
? Work with creative services and product marketing managers on travel agent related communications.
? Monitor work progress to ensure the schedule of advertising, emails, direct mail and other initiatives is met.
? Review and secure appropriate approvals for all final communication prior to release
? Attend weekly marketing team meeting to provide updates & input on travel agent projects and promotions.
? Assist in sales event and presentation planning.
? Schedule online/webinar sales training for travel agents, including Virtuoso and American Express.
? Travel for sales events as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree. 2 + years in a sales or marketing role.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Demonstarted ability to work independently as well as with others in a team environment.

Other Skills/Abilities
Proficient computer skills in the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Communication Skills
Using the English language, this person must have an ability to read, write, and comprehend contracts, correspondence and memos. Must also possess the ability to effectively communicate with a professional demeanor, both in writing and verbally.
