POSITION SUMMARY
AGM's assist the General Managers in developing a team of employees to create a warm, friendly environment in which to serve our unique Cajun-Italian cooking. Store cleanliness, sustainable business practices and the maintenance of the highest standards of food preparation are top priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure business needs. Assure P&Ls meet and exceed
standards and specifications.
? Participate with general manager to develop key initiatives and companywide strategic
direction, and communicate its relevance to restaurant team.
? Lead the team to meet sales, food cost, labor and service goals.
? Team building and development of staff.
? Facility management and completing opening and closing duties.
? Provide outstanding guest service.
? Develop a service standards culture which includes actively seeking feedback from
customers, generating familiarity with new guests and acknowledging repeat guests.
? Manage inventory, deliveries, and order supplies to company standard.
? Ensure adherence to local and federal health and fire department standards.
? Assist with disciplinary and grievance issues in partnership with Operations and Human
Resources.
? Help to oversee the management and training of all employees, providing continuous
feedback, and constructive assessments.
? Control day-to-day cash management and security procedures.
? Demonstrate leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating your team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? Restaurant management and/or restaurant training experience is required.
? Demonstrated excellence in leadership.
? Experience with Dinerware/Aloha Point of Sale System is strongly recommended.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Adept knowledge of food.
? Adept in labor laws and health codes.
? Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required
? Must possess Food Handler's Certificate, or obtain within the first month employment.
