Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale American/ European dining environment. A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Daily management of all station production.
Approachable and Receptive to training, professional development and supervision.
Hands on cooking for all services.
Qualifications:
Effective listening skills, willing to follow direction and team building knowledge.
Propensity to work an open schedule; i.e. weekends & holidays.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizes tasks in a deadline driven, demanding environment.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
Desire to learn and assist chef team.
Great Compensation commensurate with experience.
