This is a fast-paced, busy environment from opening to close, so the ability to manage long wait lists with grace and to be a confident yet warm presence is vital.
A keen interest in oysters, seafood, and classic cocktails, along with an eagerness to learn more are important. We are looking for candidates that will passionately embody our brand, vision, and high level of hospitality.
The position requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, for both brunch and dinner shifts. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
