Job Description
? Responsible for merchandise replenishment and presentation and in-store.
? Flexible schedule based on territory needs
? Sells in big doors during events and/or important days.
? Communicates effectively with District Manager/Director and Randa Brand Ambassador
Job Requirements
? The Position is 15-30 hours a week with a workweek of Monday-Friday. Hours must be worked when store management contact can be made.
? Obtains in store instructions via website and reports via web reporting system
? Computer Access - IBM PC Compatible, high-speed internet.
? Ability to take digital photos
? Reliable Transportation
? Sales & Merchandising experience in the ready to wear or accessories sector a must.
? Independent, Outgoing, Organized, and Must be able to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
? Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% - 100% of the time
? Must be able to frequently prepare merchandise to be displayed
? Must be able to frequently traverse distances up to 100 yards to access merchandise in stock rooms
? Must be able to frequently move merchandise to and from stock rooms weighing up to 50 lbs.
? Must be able to frequently position self to place stacks of clothing weighing at least 25 lbs to and from floor, cart, table or shelving.
? Must be able to frequently ascend/descend stairs/ladders
? Must be able to frequently move carts weighing up to 300lbs.
