The Wholesale Operations Assistant is an operations/distribution based role which provides service and maintains good working relationships with our distributors. They will become and remain intimately familiar with the distributors' operations and in conjunction as they relate to internal operations needs and timelines, thus ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all orders. They may also provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Distribution department.
Candidate Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree preferred
?Experience with Customer Service Databases and/or ERP Systems a plus
?Above Average Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel - A MUST
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills
?This is a F/T role, must be able to work OT as needed.
?Required scheduling availability: Weekdays 10AM- 9PM.
Position Summary & Functions:
?Work with the Production and Distribution Managers, managing production numbers and stock quantities
?Work with Distributor Account Managers by receiving and processing orders
?Process purchase orders and allocate/maintain wholesale stock levels within ERP System
?Communicate with Production Managers on forecasting processes and quantities
? Anticipate any challenges or disruptions in deliveries or service related to supply needs or quality and partner internally to rectify them immediately
