Business Consultant - Global Investment Technology (Midtown)

Eze Software Group ("Eze") is currently seeking Business Consultants to join the Eze OMS Consulting team in New York.

The Eze OMS?, Eze Software Group's award-winning order management system (OMS), has been a market leader since its launch in 1995. It is used by over 500 investment managers to streamline their investment process. Business Consultants are responsible for implementing the Eze OMS and managing the company's client relationships, comprised of top hedge funds and other investment firms. Each Consultant will interact on a daily basis with Portfolio Managers, Traders, CFO's and CTO's, and Operations and IT support. Our philosophy is to be a partner -- not a vendor -- and our goal is to ensure we continue to streamline and enhance the investment process as a client's business needs evolve. Most client sites are local and travel will be minimal (< 10%).

Job Functions

Gather and document business requirements and analysis, system configuration and integration, and user workflow training Provide project management services on client projects including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades. Will be expected to lead multiple projects across multiple clients at any given time. Provide tier-1 support of the Eze product suite, and coordinate with Eze tier-2 support teams as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities and ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations Effective communication and relationship building skillsA programming background is not required, but the aptitude and desire to learn our software and new technologies is importantActive interest in understanding the financial markets and the investment process will be important. Experience with databases and SQL is a plus
