Boutique Commercial Real Estate Company (www.mogullrealty.com) seeking assistant.

The position requires someone with exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and who is able to multitask as well as interface and communicate well with a wide range of people. Computer skills are mandatory. Responsibilities are administrative with a strong emphasis on computer and graphics related projects such as designing ads and flyers, power point presentations and updating sales database.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative duties, i.e. answering phones, note taking, research, etc.
- Work on graphics design projects and create marketing material
- Canvas and update proprietary customer database
- Assist with personal matters such as errands, bills and booking travel, as well as organizing the high-profile CEO's myriad of commitments

QUALIFICATIONS
- Energetic and personable, with a "can do" attitude and professional demeanor
- Can work both independently and as a team player
- Able to handle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage high stress situations gracefully
- Flexible schedule and can be reached remotely

REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office
- GRAPHIC DESIGN EXPERIENCE is a must, experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, inDesign, etc.)
- Experience working with contact management applications such as Act, Sales Force and Constant Contact
