Seeking an experienced, technologically savvy Executive Assistant to support the President of a Private Equity firm. The focus of the position is to provide assistance with both business and personal activities as needed. Responsibilities include preparing itineraries and making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, maintaining a professional calendar in SalesLogix and a personal calendar in an Apple-based system, liaising with household staff, executing charitable gifts, and overseeing credit card payments and personal bills. Must have a minimum of five years of executive support experience, proficiency in PC and Apple products, and strong relationship building skills. Office hours are 8am-6pm, but the position will require accessibility by BlackBerry and some overtime as needed. Base salary up to $95K with full benefits, 401K, and discretionary bonus.
