Leading diversified financial services firm in midtown is searching for a proactive, organized problem solver with executive presence to support their CFO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's personal and business details including directing calls, planning meetings, organizing domestic and international travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials. Ideal candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills as this position is also required to prepare and develop PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and dashboards. High attention to detail is needed for drafting memos and correspondence to senior management and preparing complex travel itineraries. All applicants must have at least 10 years of administrative experience and preferably at least five years of c-level support experience within financial services. BA/BS strongly preferred. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity paying up to $95-100K based on e xperience.. Excellent opportunity to support a top executive within a prestigious organization!
