Assist end users with trouble shooting device problems
Resolve end user wireless tickets
Purchasing device
Changing plan/features for the users.
Maintaining accurate inventory/stock of devices
Help users via phone,email and other ticketing system

Strong Customer Service background and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to quickly absorb new concepts and software
Must be a Team Player
