Teacher and Principal Evaluation Consultant (New York City and New Jersey)

The Center for Educational Innovation and Public Education Association (CEI-PEA), a national nonprofit organization, is seeking a Marzano Teacher Observation and Evaluation Consultant to work with groups of charter schools located in New York City, NY and New Jersey.

The person or organization filling this position will work with a team of consultants and staff members serving charter schools in the implementation of a school improvement model comprised of a number of integrated elements.

The person or organization selected for this position will have primary responsibility in the delivery of professional development to teachers and observers using the Marzano framework. The proposal must include the following aspects of professional development:

? Full Package Marzano Protocol + Library; iObservation
? Intro to iObservation training
? All domains and Content Assessments for each domain
? Electronic Materials for all Domains
? IRR and Scoring
? Observer Quality Assurance Module Virtual Training;
? Observer Quality Assurance Module Building Annual
? License

Start Date/ Proposal Date: The Start Date is Immediate. The End Date is September 30, 2014
