Part-time Office Assistant needed ASAP. Please apply only if qualified.
Skills required -- 2 to 3yrs AR/AP experience with strong MS Office skillset. Emphasis on QuickBooks, Excel and Word.
? Copy invoices from Microsoft Accounting to QuickBooks. Review accuracy of accounts.
? Review accounts receivable for open and past due invoices as well as prepare statements of accounts.
? Track past due accounts and follow up with manager for collection help or account suspension. Work with customers to discuss payment discrepancies and missed payments.
? Review availability and schedule technicians for assignments.
? Process weekly timesheets for payment.
? Prepare project/client contracts and written agreements for submission. Create documentation as required.
? Contact vendors for equipment pricing. Research vendors for possible partnership or affiliate program.
? Contact potential clients about our services.
Schedule: 1 to 2 days a week, possibly more.
Pay rate: Depends on experience
