Immediate responsibilities include but are not limited to: scanning documents, preparing Fedex shipments, handling timesheets, distributing mail, data entry, office organization projects, answering telephones, and preparing for meetings. The ideal candidate will also be computer literate and possess knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, excellent at task management and follow-up, and highly organized.
