Position Requirements:
- 2 years experience within a New York City fine dining restaurant required.
- Proficient in all aspects of dining service.
- Able to quickly integrate into a team and be recognized as a leader.
-Strong guest service and leadership skills;
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work load in a deadline driven, demanding environment;
-Must be organized, self motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail
- Passion for food, wine and service.

Primary Duties:
- Maintain integrity of service, visit tables while on the floor to maintain/build customer relations and collect feedback.
- Ensure ambiance of restaurant. Maintain details such as music, lighting and flowers, etc in compliance with the standards of the company.
-Train FOH staff in accordance with the standards of company policies and guidelines, ensuring proper knowledge of all company policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
-Constantly evaluate front of house staff.
-Assists in training and evaluating all dining room personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures.
-Ensures NYCDOH compliance throughout restaurant.
-Scheduling for FOH staff
- Assist on the floor when necessary.
