Qualification/Skills:
-A proven track record of training and development on technique, product, and selling is necessary.
-Previous experience as an assistant store manager is advantageous.
-Superior customer service skills are essential; prior retail experience encompassing skin care or cosmetics is ideal.
-Strong leadership skills a must.
-Must be passionate about the Space NK philosophy and have the ambition to drive sales while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for driving the sales of the team and ensuring goals are met.
-Coach sales team on effective selling techniques and provide feedback to the team on ways to improve approach and method so that daily and monthly sales goals are met.
-Build and maintain an understanding of all Space NK products and price information.
-Understand and perform store opening and store closing checklist.
-Serve as right hand to store management, assuming store management role when necessary.
-A strong passion for product knowledge and the Space NK philosophy is necessary in order to maintain and build our customer relationships and is required and critical to ensure an unbiased selling approach.
