Essential functions include:
? Level 1 user Help Desk support
? Networking, Operating System, and application troubleshooting
? Resolving servers and workstations issues using remote access
? Answering user questions and resolving low level technical problems
? Escalating more complex calls to higher level Support Engineers for timely resolution
? Respond to user questions with clear and concise direction communicated at the level appropriate to the caller's system knowledge
? Provide input on new technical issues or escalating problems
? Provide clear and detailed documentation of all service activities
Minimum Requirements:
? Candidate must prove working knowledge and experience with networking, Windows OS, Exchange server, AD, basic Linux knowledge
? Must be able to work independently with initiative and be a team player
? Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and time management skills
? Fluent in the English language
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong organizational skills
? Ability to multitask
