The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for experienced servers at his Upper West Side Mediterranean restaurant Boulud Sud.

The ideal candidate will not only be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to advance their careers. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fundamentals of mediterranean cuisine, wine and service standards, as well as a professional demeanor, and most importantly the desire to learn and grow with the company.

The position requires at least 2 years of service experience in a high volume or fine dining environment.
