Your day to day responsibilities will include building business partnerships through professional, outbound calling and consistently striving to meet your monthly sales goals. You must be an enthusiastic self-starter with a strong desire to not only succeed, but excel in this position by demonstrating the following:
Grow revenue by acquiring new business - this is a 'hunter' role
Actively develop trusted client relationships through B2B outbound calling
Demonstrate the ability to overcome obstacles and think creatively
Effectively address the client's need by offering the right solution
Create urgency and close the deal over the phone
Generate repeat business through exceptional account management
Strong interest in sales
Good negotiator
Upbeat attitude and positive demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to initiate, establish and cultivate business relationships over the phone
Superior organization and time management skills
Some cold calling experience preferred
The position offers a highly competitive hourly rate plus residual commissions based upon sales and performance.
