CAD Designer (Long Island City)

Coordinate and document incoming shop drawing requests
Review architectural drawings to confirm how the product integrates in the building
Compare large quantity takeoffs to the proposal to determine scope of work
Interface with clients to resolve questions and notify them of progress
Confirm architect's and client's intent is optimal based on product standards
Education - Experience - Certifications - Licenses - Registration Requirements:
4 Year B.A./B.S. degree in Architecture, Engineering or similar.
Required Competencies - Computer Skills - Other:
Strong organization skills
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
Excellent verbal/communication skills
Intermediate level AutoCAD-2012
Strong Blueprint skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Suite, Excel on a daily basis
Detail oriented
