We are looking to engage an outstanding Junior or Entry Level Designer. Employment status is flexible. All candidates must have a BFA or MFA in Design. All must be team players able to accept direction. Personal qualities must include integrity, reliability and a strong work ethic. Successful candidates will have a talent for creative design and a dedication to client satisfaction. We're located in Flushing so be sure you are ok with the commute before you apply. Commuting from Texas is not recommended.
Junior designer
? At least 2-3 years experience In Graphic design studio or agency environment
? Team player -- Rebels need not apply
? Punctual, reliable, and honest
? Ability to take direction from Senior staff
? Great client skills in person and on phone
? Art direction for major brands
? Knowledge of print production, In-Store POP, and displays.
? Experience on pitch presentations using Keynote and PPT
? You are a master of Adobe Creative suite 5.5
? Flash experience a plus but not mandatory
? Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute projects maintaining strict deadlines.
Entry Level
? College Graduate with BFA or MFA in Design
? Some workplace / internship experience preferred
? Punctual, reliable, and honest
? You want to learn the business from experienced pros
? You love social media
? Passion for design and typography
? You are a master of Adobe Creative suite 5.5
? You are very familiar with iWork and Keynote
? Portfolio shows a distinct style and strong visual design sense.
? Upbeat, Hungry, ready to contribute and provide valuable input on projects
