Garde Manger - 1-2 years cooking experience working garde manger in a busy high level establishment.
Prep / Am Production - 2-5 years experience running a serious production schedule for a busy, 2 star plus, nyc restaurant.
Line Cook - with solid technique, drive, and strong work ethic. We want cooks that are looking to grow and develop their craft.
- The ideal candidate will be a cook looking to take the next step in their career. We're hoping this individual can eventually grow into a sous position.
- You should be ready to lead by example in a positive manner, be familiar with seasonal market driven cooking, and have exceptional organization and sanitation practices.
- We prefer cooks with at least 2 years experience, while New York experience is great it is not required.
We are looking for individuals that want to grow with a small company, have integrity, and are willing to work hard.
NYC food handlers a must.
