Casual fine dining...fine wine, food, drinks, smiles, comfortable but casual service..you must know the drill..its often like a country club here seeing the same people (singles, families, local businesses etc) day in day out...they come back because of the the great team here....come join it

Candidate is somewhat local.....able to get to work when scheduled in winter storm conditions :) (no brooklyn, queens, bronx, new haven, chappaqua, bedford...its not gonna work)
50 hrs week (3 nights off, two days off always) ..its a manager job...benefits after a 6 months...starting salary 43500k + .....TBD based on experience and atitude

Straight Up....you have to be willing to come into a new environment and work hard...harder then the servers, bar and bus staff ...genuinely smiling the whole time because you actually like making your boss and staff happy and the customers as well and you are not ashamed to admit it...There's no shame there..its really ok to take pleasure in pleasing others....its why I am in this business....

if you are jaded restaurant manager looking to coast forget it....

We offer a very professional and appropriate work environment...we are not corporate or micro managers and we have fun on a daily basis....if you work hard and have a good attitude you will have zero issues

Perhaps you are a very experienced hostess/host or superstar server looking to make the jump into management because you see the long term gains in a steady paycheck and being part of a great team... You really take pride in service, making people happy and being part of something....all the reasons I am in this business and I want you on my team.
I would be happy to train you...love of service and being part of a team are qualities that cant be trained...

The day to day ops and daily minutiae aren't brain surgery and would only take a week or two to pick up and we are patient here if the attitude is there
