We are a busy Executive Search Firm with clients in the fashion industry; we are seeking a dynamic Contract Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate must have experience in fashion recruiting. This position is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

Contact applicants via phone and email to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
Prescreen and Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
Administrative duties as necessary to maintain life-cycle of recruits and new hires.
Work independently to source, screen, interview, make job offers, write job descriptions, job postings, and networking as necessary to ensure successful recruitment of personnel in a timely manner,
Attract and hire the best talent in line with current requirements, and new world vision, that will deliver business goals.

Who are you?
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting in a corporate environment
- You have great connections and have experience in fashion recruiting
- Have a high degree of integrity
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency is important to you
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
- Team player with excellent communications skills
- Fashion recruiting background is a plus!

What do you get to do?
- Source, screen, and filter candidates from Linked In, job boards, internet, referrals and your own network
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
- Manage administration including but not limited to processing candidates, updating recruiting and new hire reports
- Full life cycle recruiting when necessary
