- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for executives
- Answering, screening and transferring inbound phone calls
- Conducting research and preparing documents including correspondence, drafts, memos and emails
- Handling information requests and performing other clerical functions.
- Retrieve documents from filing system
- Resolving administrative problems and inquiries
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of study
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
