Responsibilities:
Manage and grow new and existing customer accounts.
Monitor and make recommendation regarding customer's adverting campaigns including ad copy, budgets, bids, keywords and targeting.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and work with the traffic team to ensure the customers advertising goals are meet and exceeded.
Manage day to day support requests from our customers.
Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
1-3 years account management experience (preferably in the on-line advertising industry).
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Omniture a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with MySQL a plus.
Understanding of basic HTML and URLs.
Excellent written and verbal communications a must.
Be able to work in a fast paced start-up environment.
