Health insurance and other benefits are part of the package. The job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

? Communicate and review with each account and the sales force on a daily basis for on order shipping, changes in distribution & deliveries, etc.
? Grow new and existing account base; penetrate new markets and develop & maintain business relationships with customers
? Achieve sales goals
? Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment
? Attend trade shows
? Accumulate and analyze weekly sales and stock levels for recommendations based on information gathered.
? Develop and implement business/product strategies to optimize sales and profit for the retailer and our Company
? Utilize corporate reports for credit, shipping, and booking purposes
? Execute operational duties to effectively manage a wholesale business, track selling, monitor markdowns, place & track orders and understand 6 month seasonal vendor plans
? Special projects as assigned
? Other duties as required

Desired skills & experience:

The qualifications required for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

? Familiarity and intimate understanding of the contemporary, streetwear, and action sports market.
? Interpersonal interactions such as coaching, negotiating, selling and making group presentations
? Pre-existing networks and contact lists
? Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications face to face and in group settings
? Travel required
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
? Valid Driver's License
? 2+ years of related experience.
