Duties include:
? Identify, prospect, and open new accounts in given geographic territory. Manage documentation to open new accounts.
? Meet and exceed sales goals set each month.
? Identify marketing opportunities to enhance the brand as well as partner with accounts on their events to bring Hustler to a broader range of consumers. Provide marketing support at a high service level to be a strategic business partner to accounts.
? Manage sell-in, order taking process, shipping follow through, and sell-through for given geographic territory of accounts.
? Provide relevant feedback to design and production teams from accounts including but not limited to retail best and least performing styles via selling reports as well as regional competitive information.
? Deliver projections for accounts in units and dollars when requested as necessary to manage the timelines of the business.
? Represent the brand at regional and national tradeshows. Make appointments and work product assortments with accounts at the shows to secure ROI on tradeshow expense.
? Proactively identify gaps in given territory securing new business where none or little exists currently.
? Establish and maintain exceptional service standards in the daily operations of the wholesale business for Hustler Clothing.

Requirements include:
? 3+ years of on-the-road selling experience
? Possesses an established customer base within a similar product line
? Solid relationships with wholesale accounts is preferable
? Competitive spirit and drive
? Ability to be highly productive while working independently
? Willing to work relentlessly to find new distributors
? Performance and results driven
? Excellent follow-through
? Energetic with a positive attitude
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
? Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
? Excellent organizational skills
? Follows trend and communicates findings to Director of Sales
