Our modern American menus change weekly for both our a la carte dinners and for our family style suppers. Our vendors are the farmers here in CT and the Hudson Valley, plus we have a garden of our own. Our clients are constantly challenging us to provide original dishes for their private dining events, and we also have weekly cooking classes. We source almost everything from local farms, and plan our menus around what we find. Culinary teaching/demo skills are suggested. Please send resume and current references.
