SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Excel at meeting sales goals
* Maintain customer database and client books
* Assist store owner/manager with window display and merchandising
* Possess excellent knowledge of product
* Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
* Assist store owner/manager with marketing initiatives
* Interact with designers and suppliers
* Maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Blogspot, Tumblr, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

* College degree or in the process of completion
* 1-2 years of experience in retail
* Ability to work in fast paced environment without supervision
* Flexible schedule
* Positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial personality
* Experience with POS
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to pay very close attention to detail with great organizational skills
* Must understand and project our store's aesthetic
* Ability to solve problems in a highly efficient and effective way
* Ability to think outside the box
