JoS. A. Bank is a Sales-Driven, Better Men's Clothing store. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and highly-motivated Sales Associate, with an eye for men's fashion and a passion to succeed for our Manhattan, NY location.

As a successful Sales Associate, you will:
?Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
?Develop a thorough knowledge of all JoS. A. Bank products
?Uncover customer needs and match with product
?Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals (i.e.: Sales, Items Per Transaction, Corporate Cards, Average Dollar Sale, etc)

Required:
?Prior experience in a commissioned sales environment is preferred
?Ability and desire to sell in a retail environment
?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:
?Base plus Commission on personal sales
