The primary role of the Receptionist/Admin Assistant is answering phones, registering and greeting guests, offering coffee, ordering supplies, stocking the kitchen, making coffee runs to Starbucks, maintaining the copy machine and generally keeping the office neat and orderly. A person with a 'can do' attitude who oversees the office needs.
They will also be the administrative assistant to the firm's General Counsel. This person needs possess strong Word and Excel skills.
This person will also back up the Executive Assistant to their Managing Partner and help out as needed.
Polished, presentable, and with a naturally warm demeanor works best in this environment.
