Front of House Manager:
Superior customer service and people management skills. Strong management, organizational, and diplomatic skills required; college education preferred. Ability to juggle multiple requests and tasks in an extremely hectic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone. High level of motivation, persistence and patience in working with varying groups of people. Minimum of 3 years experience as house manager or special events manager in theater, performance venue or special event space preferred. Computer literacy, including MS Office Skills, knowledge of box office systems. Must be able to stand for extended periods of times, walk up stairs, able to lift 50 lbs. Driver's License Required
Line cooks:
Seeking line cooks with 1-2 years experience in fine dining, banquet experience a plus, to work hot line. Also, looking for recent culinary graduates to work salad/pastry assistant station. A willingness to learn, commitment to quality and a passion for the culinary arts is a must; we are seeking to build a team dedicated to preserving the integrity of ingredients and delivering a consistent, dining experience for our customers.
Prep cook:
Looking for a prep cook that is able to work within a fast paced environment. Must have at least 1-3 years working within a prep position, ability to make sauces, dressings, stocks ,etc.
Butcher:
Minimum of 3 years experience working fabricating meat, poultry, and fish (whole carcasses as well) . Requires standing for long periods and must have the ability to lift at least 50lbs.
