Requirements:
? Must know most makes and models of cars (will be tested).
? Calm and quiet demeanor.
? Quick Learner.
? Responsible and reliable.
Outline & Responsibilities:
? Work hours: 7:30to 5:30 (subject to change) Monday through Friday.
? Handling inbound phone calls, assisting customers with price quotes and entering customer's orders through our state of the art and customized computer system.
? Developing new business by calling less active customers offering our promotions and special programs (NO COLD CALL).
? Resolving Customer's issues patiently and with utmost courtesy.
? Making sure paperwork is properly handled.
Compensation & Benefits:
? 10/hour base pay (before taxes)
? Oxford Liberty plan after 90 days with allowance for gym membership from Oxford
