Real Estate Attorney (Sheepshead Bay)

Ideal candidate is as follows:
1) Experienced in real estate closings (representing purchasers, sellers and/or lenders). Experience is NOT required. We will train. However, experience is a plus.
2) Organized and responsible...must be able (after proper training) to handle closings with minimal supervision.
3) Computer savvy. This is a must. Our office is high tech. Access to iPhone/Blackberry is a requirement.
4) MUST be willing to travel and have a car. Our main office is in Brooklyn, BUT we have other offices in other boroughs and Long Island. Attorney must travel to meet clients in other offices when necessary. Must also travel to closings when necessary.
5) Generally office hours are 9:00 to 5:30. Occasionally however, a closing or a meeting might run late. The attorney must be ok to occasionally stay overtime.
6) Foreclosure experience is not necessary, but a plus.

Other:
a) Salary - $40,000-$50,000, based on experience. No healthcare or other benefits.
b) Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, occasionally staying overtime.
