? 8+ years of experience in SQL Server
? 5 Years of experience in Analysis Server
? 2-4 years of experience as an application/SQL programmer on database management systems
? Multi Node Windows/SQL cluster, partitioning experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008 R2
? Strong Performance tuning experience in Business Intelligence applications with SSAS
? Strong knowledge in Reporting Services, Integration Services and Analysis Services
? Experience in SQL Server Reporting Services configuration in native and SharePoint integration mode
? Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
? Ability to convey thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal form.
? Application installation, data conversion and testing experience.
? Proven experience with Query optimization, troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities
? Administering SSAS, SQL Server, SSRS and SSIS in production, development,QA and UAT environments
? Apply service packs
? Ensure complete and accurate backups of the Analysis Server and SQL Server infrastructure happen on a regular schedule.
? Installing and Configuring the database servers
? Work with developers to deploy database changes
? Maintain a change management log for the production environment.
? Plan for migration to future versions of any relevant products in the technology stack
? Participate in DR planning and conduct the DR Testing
? Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases that support the system.
? Experience in SQL Server Replication, Mirroring, Log Shipping
? Strong Performance tuning skills
? Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.
? To proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime
? Responsible for providing trend analysis to management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.
? Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving
? Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the database environment including rollout and upgrades.
