We are currently seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist who is friendly, helpful, proactive, resourceful, and knowledgeable. We need technical support for day-to-day requests and overall IT needs.
Duties would include but not be limited to:
? Setting up new users (image a new computer, setup email, etc)
? Attending to existing users (software/OS upgrade requests, computer errors, etc)
? Maintaining some aspects of VoIP phone system
? Maintain network user management
? Keeping software and hardware inventory up to date
? Hands-on experience with PCs and Macs
? Providing desktop/end-user support
? Communicating to technical and non-technical people
? Troubleshooting and problem solving computer, network, and office equipment issues
? Workstation support (Windows XP and Windows 7, Microsoft Office)
? Maintain backup systems
? Experience with PHP/HTML/SQL/Java/Joomla extremely helpful.
This is a full-time position with vacation and health benefits. No part-time or telecommuting available.
