The Facilities Supervisor is a hands-on position with supervisory functions. Primary responsibilities are processing and performing daily work-orders, supervision and on the job training of staff members/ Dishwashers, and complying with safety standards. The position performs tasks for renovations, maintenance, and repair of The FCI's related facilities and performs other necessary work as required to meet organizational needs. This position is subject to overtime and standby assignments.

Desirable candidates: A minimum of a High School Degree or its equivalent. At least 5 years experience in related field. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and sheet metal work. Familiarity with maintenance functions; predictive, corrective, and routine work requests. Computer literacy including internet use, Microsoft Office applications, and willingness to learn web-based "Work Order" and "Preventative Maintenance" programs.
