Job Description

The Customer Service Associate/Administrative Assistant will be providing support for time-sensitive clients and busy executives with several responsibilities, including:

? Screening calls and prioritizing all inbound communications including phone, email and mail; as well as communicating on the phone on a daily basis with clients and vendors
? Providing customer support and helping to maintain positive client relationships
? Developing and maintaining organizational filing and communications systems amongst the senior executives
? Managing day-to-day administrative responsibilities including maintaining office activities and preparing meeting materials
? Handling confidential information in a timely and sensitive manner
? Prioritizing, channeling and facilitating communication from other executives and other staff members
? Acting as liaison with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors to successfully manage the needs and expectations of the executive team; following up on assignments delegated to staff
? Providing coverage for others in the Administrative Support team, as well as handle general executive office duties.

Required Skills

? 3+ years of experience in an administrative and/or customer service role
? Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
? Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
? Strong sense of discretion
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? High level of motivation and work ethic
? A professional phone voice
? Solution-oriented individual with strong focus on customer service
? 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $32k - $35k, depending on experience. Health insurance and other ancillary benefits are also included.
