Role: Auto Sales and Customer Care Consultant
As a Consultant, your job is to communicate with our customers via phone, chat and email; they are looking for no hassle removal of their junk vehicles. You will work with different systems to determine the value of a customer's vehicle, providing them with offers when possible, and ensuring that their vehicle is removed within a timely fashion. Negotiation and creative social skills are a must.

Consultants must be personable, enthusiastic and always willing to help! We Buy Junk is not interested in your average call center agent - we want the best! You must have a natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and maintain a professional and friendly phone presence. Through phone, email and chat, you will be interfacing with our customers, and working through various issues to help make their vehicle removal a success!

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fast, free and awesome vehicle removal throughout the U.S.
- Handling inbound/outbound calls.
- Consultative selling.
- Maintaining an excellent standard of quality.
- Negotiating skills are a must

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, receptive listening skills.
- Type at least 40 WPM.
- Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends.
- A positive attitude! The customer should be able to tell the difference between your voice and the dial tone.
