NYC Specialty Food Retailer looking for experienced meat cutter to prepare and display a variety of meats for our retail case. In addition to displaying standard cuts, candidate must be able to handle special orders for customers when required. May also need to directly communicate with customers and have knowlegable cooking techniques. Must have checkable references. Must have proper documentation to work.
