Wellness Corporate Solutions is a state-of-the-art corporate wellness company committed to providing high-tech wellness programs with an emphasis on health education and behavior change.
The company is currently seeking qualified Biometric Screening Technicians to attend upcoming corporate health fairs in Stamford, CT throughout May 16th. Responsibilities: -- Perform biometric screening using Cholestech machines and glucometers to calculate and Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides and Glucose -- Perform Blood Pressure measurement using both manual and automatic cuffs -- Body composition including Height, Weight, Waist Circumference, BMI and Percent Body Fat using the Omron handheld device -- Responsible, highly-motivated, strong work ethic -- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills that contribute to a positive environment -- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to change -- Works well with others -- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times -- Complete all paperwork as directed Qualifications: -- Bachelor's degree in a medical, health or fitness related field -- Other qualified candidates may include the following: MA, CMA, RN, LPN, EMT, paramedic, phlebotomist (full or partial), or the equivalent with appropriate current certification and/or licensure in the state of practice -- Ability to maintain friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment -- Ability to communicate effectively with participants of various cultures and backgrounds -- Adherence to the dress code provided by WCS Requirements: -- Current First Aid and CPR certification -- Cholestech certification -- Prior experience with health screenings -- Reliable form of transportation How to Apply: To be considered, please email your resume to hr@wellnesscorporatesolutions.com.
