LEARN ABOUT THE TYPICAL DAY
Most often, you'll find yourself outside the office, meeting with potential clients -- building solid, and very likely, long-term relationships. You will uncover a prospect's current financial and retirement planning picture and make recommendations. During your first year, you will have a member of senior management accompanying you to meetings and helping you to close business.
TRAIN, GET CONTINUOUS SUPPORT, AND GROW
Following initial training, you'll build your own business within a large and stable company and be armed with the backing of an experienced management team, that prides itself on uncommonly high levels of retention, and is judged on its ability to help you achieve success.
You'll receive continuous support and mentoring from management and trainers in the areas of lead generation and marketing to increase your productivity and sales. Product specialists and other experts also will be available to enhance your knowledge and keep you up-to-date on important industry trends and topics and support your sales efforts from beginning to end.
You'll be in business for yourself, but not by yourself!

REALIZE TRUE FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITY
Over the long-term, with a competitive bonus structure and traditional pension based on production, your compensation will be based solely on how hard you work and can realistically be in the $100K to $300K range or higher, including generous levels of residual income year after year.
In the near-term, it is not uncommon for team members to be earning six figures within their first year.

FIND OUT WHO QUALIFIES
We seek professionals, who are good listeners and relationship-developers. They should be sincerely comfortable with working very hard in the beginning for long-term rewards.
You do NOT have to sell to friends and family, however, it is important to have a strong personal network or community involvement/affiliations, that can help you to locate potential prospects. You'll receive an industry-recognized license and any other certification(s) necessary.
Sales experience is ideal, although many of the company's most successful sales professionals have come from non-sales careers, such as teaching.
Job security in this role is well within each individual's control, and is based solely on maintaining an appropriate level of performance consistent with earning an appropriate income for yourself.
