My name is Pablo, and I am the housing coordinator of Select Homestay.

Select Homestay is a homestay program that provides temporary housing to students and interns in the New York City area.

The summer is a busy time for us, and we are looking for additional host families who are interested in hosting our students and interns for compensation ($700/mo.).

We require the following of our homestay hosts:

? Must live within 45 minutes from the student's place of school/work.
? Must provide guest with furnished room, utilities, wifi, and linens.
? Must allow our representative to inspect the room to see if it meets our students' standards.
? Must allow Select Homestay to run a background check on host.

Once we inspect your home and you pass the background check, we will begin to send you students.
